Carrie worked for the family business in high school before moving on to college, where she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and later her Master's Degree in Counseling. She returned to the business in 2014. Initially, she returned to help the business re-open following a fire, but this transpired into a long-term position where she became more intricately involved with the company.
